BackupMyBlog… Free while it is in Beta. No word on how long that will be. What you need to use BackupMyBlog…

1. Your blog needs to be hosted on a public server.
2. Your blog needs to use MySQL as its database backend.
3. Your blog server needs to support PHP version 4.3.0 or later.
4. You need to have rights to install a PHP script on your blog server.
